Requirements and prices

According to the agreement with the Alumni Foundation, the rooms are let only to students who fulfill the following requirements:

1. Tenants need to be enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich.
2. Tenants may not be older than 28 as a rule.
3. The following list of priorities (in descending order) applies for the assignment of rooms in the Alumni House:
   - Double Degree Incomings
   - Faculty agreements
   - Joint degree
   - University-wide agreement
   - SEMP (Swiss-European Mobility Programme)
   - Swiss mobility
4. The rooms are assigned for two semesters as a preference.
5. Double bedrooms are only assigned to two persons

Please note that we cannot offer rooms to outgoing students, that is students whose home institution is, or is going to be, the University of Zurich.
